Apart from a few cobwebs and dust from my blog. Today I will give a quick tip that helped me when upgrading Firefox.
The developer Mozilla has launched a page that shows changes in the interface which is version 4.0 of the Firefox browser.
Two main models are presented. One shows the tabs below and the other has the tabs above the address bar. The latter appear to be nicer and more 'clean' saving space, however, eliminating the title bar.
The site's collaborative Mozilla still has an idea that combines the functionality of the buttons "go," update "and" stop "on one button according to the context.
The changes introduced in Firefox 4.0 are intended to reduce the complexity of the browser user interface, increase the page space and facilitate the smooth integration with the Windows operating system from Microsoft.
Among the thousands of coplementos that Firefox has, I listed the ones I find most interesting and make life easier for us developers. Some features are as simple as a mere detallhe of a color, or the width and height of a portion of the site. But it is the sum of these details that give a significant gain in our productivity.
The first supplement that I used the ColorZilla works with a "dropper" either by copying the image in RGB, and in hexadecimal. But it serves much more than that, because when you hover over a block it shows in the status bar, the tag with the class name or id, if any.
Another very useful complement MeasureIt . It serves as a ruler. With him on the accuracy measures becomes perfect!
Who has not had to take a screenshot of a site to show a client or a friend? Well, the ScreenGrab! will expedite this process. It copies or save the page that you would take the screenshot. You can either copy / save the entire page, as the portion visible on the screen and can also copy / save a portion of the page through a manual selection.
Comlemento complex, since it shows the css as forms, images and a host of other useful resources for web developer. It is worthwhile to download and check out the Web Developer .
The CSSViewer an add-on is very interesting because it shows the properties of the selected tag css, such as font family, color, size, height and width of the block and all other properties linked that tag.
The Tab Scope I discovered recently. He has a simle and objective function: preview the tabs. Hovering in the other tabs Tab Scope opens a small window (which can increase it by clicking the right mouse button) where you can view another page without leaving the current page. Plus, within that small window you can still go up and down with the scroll bar and click on the links!
Well those are my essential complements. They make it much easier my life.
You know or use another add-on beyond the cited? Share these supplements so wonderful!
