It is of utmost importance to have a correct and efficient contract to guarantee the rights of both the developer or development company, as the client who is hiring the services.
In this area you can download some sample contracts and, on top of them, create the standard contract for your company or your services. Remembering that this is a standard contract, and not an offer of service.
For service proposals there is no standard. Each company has its own characteristics and should follow their individuality, but always remember that we have to expose all the details of the site / proposed system as well as inform the technologies to be used to make clear the means of delivery / maintenance, or not release the sources (. psd,. fla, etc ...), the additional costs for domain and hosting, the cost of the proposal and schedule.
